| Description | In just four years, BAAGL has grown from a local school supplies brand into a strong European player. Today, BAAGL sells throughout Europe and the U.S., using a wide-reaching network of online platforms. The aim of the project was to create an effective and profitable export marketing strategy that would ensure stable year-on-year growth in turnover and units sold and enable the brand to establish itself in key European countries. We designed and implemented a comprehensive export marketing strategy for the BAAGL brand to enter foreign markets (Germany, Italy and France) within the online marketplace environment. Thanks to the implemented export marketing strategy BAAGL achieve steady year-on-year growth, nearing an annual turnover of CZK 100 million and established itself as a competitive European player in the field of school supplies. |
