Description | The unique wall sculpture consists of wine bottles flowing through an invisible vector field. The pattern of flow is determined by the directions of the wind flowing through the vineyard. The bottles are placed in holes in a three-layered board specially made so that the necks fit into the carved holes, tilting each bottle in a particular direction. Because the scultpura is procedurally formed, this artifact can be made in any size, density, and bottle shape. The piece can serve as a functional wine storage or as an eye-catching artifact placed in a wine bar or cellar, for example. In collaboration with Adam Cigler. |
