Missing Element is a top-level graphic design studio with clients and realisations all over the world. Since 1999, our mission has been combining excellence in graphic design with marketing communication strategies. This brings our clients creativity and attention to every detail they will not get from large communication agencies and know-how not provided by small graphic design studios. A service that was missing at the time. This is why we called ourselves the Missing Element. We strive to bring great creative solutions in corporate identity, world-impact publication, data visualisation and communication design for EU Agencies, UN Organisations and iNGOs.

Description	After 13 years of collaboration with EMCDDA (European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction), including the creation of the agency’s complete visual identity, we were commissioned to support them in their transformation into EUDA – an agency with a new mandate and a stronger role within the EU. We developed their entirely new logo and visual identity – this time, for the first time, primarily focused on online communication. This special assignment brought new opportunities as well as new challenges. We had to take into account accessibility standards and their specific requirements regarding colors, graphic elements, typography, and special rules for their usage. The entire identity is designed for dynamic and interactive online communication. This is the direction the agency is heading – a customer-oriented digital ecosystem that will enable more effective interaction and a higher level of sustainability, as printed materials will be used less and less in the future.
