Description	The proposal for the extension of the family house in Kojetín comes from the pen of the architect Kamil Mrva, who together with Radek Leskovjan also worked on the construction of the studio there 10 years earlier. That's when they decided to use the original semi-decomposed wall and sandstone columns and simply put the planned residential studio between them. The result of this collaboration won not only the admiration of the professional public, but also a number of awards. The extension then created a house set into the slope with an inner grassy atrium. The interior of the house is dominated by exposed concrete and a combination of interesting pieces of furniture with paintings and other accessories in the black and white design of the UAX brand! Just like the original building, the new extension has also collected several prestigious titles, in addition to Building of the Year 2020, the title Building of the Moravian-Silesian Region 2019 and honorable mention Garden Touch of the Landscape in the Garden of the Year 2020 competition. The list certainly also includes nominations for House of the Year and Interior of the Year.
