| Description | New family house in the village Dolní Lhota near Blansko. The investor is an independent woman, middle-aged, sharing a common plot with her daughter's house. The house was originally intended to serve as a weekend residence for the investor, but during the process she decided to live there permanently. The main part of the project was the design of the ground floor, specifically the living room connected to the kitchen, dining area and an entrance hall with a total area of 73 m². The design was based on the preferences and requirements of the investor, who is close to to clean, often almost sterile spaces, where cold and shiny materials play a major role. The requirement was also to have enough storage capacity in the kitchen, so that the space could always remain clean and empty. The front door to the private part of the house also remains hidden. |
